All ticket sales are final, whether paid by cash, check or credit card. In the event a patron cannot attend a performance for which they have purchased a ticket and they contact O’Connell & Company by telephone at least 24 hours in advance of the performance, every effort will be made to accommodate that patron by rescheduling to a different performance date or show.
If a performance is cancelled by O’Connell & Company, the patron will be rescheduled to a different performance at a date & time convenient to the patron. Refunds will not be issued. However, exchange fees & price differences (if any) will be waived. If the status of a performance does change, an announcement will be posted on the O’Connell & Company website. It will also be announced on local radio & television consistent with the stations’ policies if it is due to weather conditions.
CAMERAS & CELLPHONES
The use of cameras or video equipment during performances is strictly prohibited due to copyright regulations. Cellphones must be turned off because they interfere with the sound equipment. We ask that you refrain from checking messages and/or texting during the performance as a courtesy to other patrons and the performers; the light from the phone’s screen is extremely distracting. We reserve the right to request that violators leave the theatre.
