Our theatre at The Park School is located in the Helen Long Building, which is the first building on the right of the roadway into the campus, just beyond the parking lot. The theatre seats 94 maximum, with 77 seats on the main level and 17 seats on the balcony level. O’Connell & Company does not have office space in this building; therefore, our Ticket Counter in the Lobby is only open for ticket purchases on performance days, 30 minutes before showtime.
We strongly recommend that tickets be purchased in advance, either directly online or by calling our ticket reservation phone line; we cannot guarantee seat availability for day-of-show walk ins.
NOTE: Regardless of your ticket purchase method, please check in at the Ticket Counter in the Lobby before entering the theatre so we can verify your purchase and check off your name on our guest list. We don’t want to start the show without you!
HOW TO BUY TICKETS
Our ticket reservation office is located in The Annex on the Park School Campus which is not directly accessible by car from the main campus road; therefore, we have restricted in-person ticket sales/pick up to Park School faculty and staff who are familiar with the Campus. All other patrons may purchase tickets as outlined below:
ONLINE Purchase your tickets & print them from your home computer via our E-Tix online ticketing system. Available 24/7!! (Credit Card required; E-Tix convenience fees apply.) This option is available for General Admission, Senior, Children, and DIVA by DIVA only. Group packages and all other ticket categories must be purchased by phone or in person. To purchase & print tickets at home, click on the E-Tix logo.

BY PHONE (Credit Card Required) Call our Ticket Reservation Phone Line : (716) 848-0800. Volunteers are available to take phone reservations on MONDAY through FRIDAY only, between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm. If you get the voicemail recording, leave your name & number after the message and we will call you back. Tickets purchased by phone will be held at the Ticket Counter at the Theatre for pick up on the day of the show. The office is CLOSED on weekends and on holidays. *NOTE: Office will be closed during month of July & will re-open August 1st.
IN PERSON: DAY OF PERFORMANCE ONLY (Cash, Check, Credit Card) Tickets can be purchased in person at the Ticket Counter in the theatre lobby before each performance. The ticket counter opens 30 minutes before Showtime. We strongly recommend that you purchase tickets in advance either directly online via E-TIX or by calling our ticket reservation phone line as we cannot guarantee seat availability for walk-ins. Only staff and faculty of The Park School may purchase tickets in person at our Business Office in the Annex during our regular business hours Monday through Friday.
Tickets for all shows for the 2017-18 Season will go on sale beginning August 1st.
Season Flex Pass & Gift Certificate sales will resume on that date.
