For our 25th Anniversary season we are proud to announce a few new and exciting projects, including the WNY premier of ‘Young Frankenstein.’ This is the first-time the London version of the musical will be available. O’Connell & Company will also bring back some of our all-time favorite productions from the past two decades – including a reprise role of Mary Kate O’Connell in ‘Glorious! The True Story of Florence Foster Jenkins, The Worst Singer in the World.’This season will also feature, Melissa Leventhal (2019 Artie Nominee for Outstanding Actress in a Musical) as Patsy Cline, in a ‘Closer Walk with Patsy Cline,’ as well as a reprisal of our smash hit, ‘NUNSENSE A-Men,’ featuring an all-male cast of our favorite sisters.

Arts Access Passes

Arts Access passes will only be eligible for 2 tickets during the first 2 weeks of our shows. Only 20 Arts Access passes total will be available for each performance.
Tickets are available by calling the box office Tuesday-Thursday from 10 am-2 pm.

To avoid waiting in line, we encourage you to purchase tickets in advance by calling our Business/Reservation Office or by taking advantage of our online, print-at-home ticket option via Vendini.

THEATRE SEATING

Comfortable and unobstructed seating is available in our spacious venue. There is OPEN SEATING, on a first-come, first-served basis. A designated area for wheelchairs is available; please ask one of our Volunteer Ushers for assistance if you or someone in your party uses a wheelchair.  We recommend advising us of any mobility issues at the time you make your reservation so that seating accommodations can be made in advance.

The Theatre BOX OFFICE will open 30 minutes prior to showtime for ticket purchases. To avoid waiting in line, we encourage you to purchase tickets in advance by calling our Business/Reservation Office or by taking advantage of our online, print-at-home ticket option via Vendini which is available 24/7 (convenience fees apply).

TICKET POLICY

All ticket sales are final, whether paid by cash, check or credit card. In the event a patron cannot attend a performance for which they have purchased a ticket and they contact O’Connell & Company by telephone at least 24 hours in advance of the performance, every effort will be made to accommodate that patron by rescheduling to a different performance date or show.

If a performance is cancelled by O’Connell & Company, the patron will be rescheduled to a different performance at a date & time convenient to the patron. Refunds will not be issued. However, exchange fees & price differences (if any) will be waived. If the status of a performance does change, an announcement will be posted on the O’Connell & Company website. It will also be announced on local radio & television consistent with the stations’ policies if it is due to weather conditions.

CAMERAS & CELLPHONES

The use of cameras or video equipment during performances is strictly prohibited due to copyright regulations. Cellphones must be turned off because they interfere with the sound equipment. We ask that you refrain from checking messages and/or texting during the performance as a courtesy to other patrons and the performers; the light from the phone’s screen is extremely distracting. We reserve the right to request that violators leave the theatre.

 

BUSINESS/RESERVATION OFFICE HOURS

SEPTEMBER 2019 HOURS:  TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY, FRIDAY: 10:00 am – 2:00 pm

The Business/Reservation Office is closed on weekends and on major Holidays and during the summer break (July-August).  

The Theatre Box Office is located in the Ken-Ton Elmwood Commons.
