Purchase your tickets & print them from your home computer via our E-Tix online ticketing system. Available 24/7!! (Credit Card required; E-Tix convenience fees apply.) This option is available for General Admission, Senior, Children, Military/Industry and DIVA by DIVA/Gentlemen Prefer DIVAS only. (Credit Card Required) Call our Ticket Reservation Phone Line : (716) 848-0800. Volunteers are available to take phone reservations on MONDAY through FRIDAY only, between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm. If you get the voicemail recording, leave your name & number after the message and we will call you back. Tickets purchased by phone will be held at the Ticket Counter at the Theatre for pick up on the day of the show. The office is CLOSED on weekends and on holidays.
DAY OF PERFORMANCE ONLY (Cash, Check, Credit Card) Tickets can be purchased in person at the Ticket Counter in the theatre lobby before each performance. The ticket counter opens 30 minutes before Showtime. We strongly recommend that you purchase tickets in advance either directly online via E-TIX or by calling our ticket reservation phone line as we cannot guarantee seat availability for walk-ins. Only staff and faculty of The Park School may purchase tickets in person at our Business Office in the Annex during our regular business hours Monday through Friday.

Group Rates: The Group rate applies to groups of 15+. Groups comprised of all Seniors (from Senior Centers/organizations) will receive a reduced Senior rate of $20. DIVA by DIVA groups will have the DIVA Deal rate applied. Group leaders (and bus drivers) will be comped. Seats for groups will be reserved so everyone can sit together. Please advise of any special seating needs (wheelchair, walkers, no stairs, etc.) A deposit will be required within 2 weeks to secure reservation. Your discounted Season Flex Pass gives you the ability to use your tickets in any combination you wish — for each individual show, for a couple of shows, or use all of them for one particular performance. Your Season Flex Pass includes DIVA by DIVA/Gentlemen Prefer DIVAS and our 5 mainstage shows for our 2018-2019 Season. As a Season Flex Pass subscriber, you can purchase additional single tickets at a reduced rate of $20 and receive notifications of all of our special events.

GIFT CERTIFICATES are available in any ticket denomination and can be used for ANY performance during the season. Certificates are valid for one (1) year from date of purchase. Comfortable and unobstructed seating is available in our spacious venue. There is OPEN SEATING, on a first-come, first-served basis. A designated area for wheelchairs is available; please ask one of our Volunteer Ushers for assistance if you or someone in your party uses a wheelchair.
The Theatre BOX OFFICE will open 45 minutes prior to showtime for ticket purchases. All ticket sales are final, whether paid by cash, check or credit card. In the event a patron cannot attend a performance for which they have purchased a ticket and they contact O’Connell & Company by telephone at least 24 hours in advance of the performance, every effort will be made to accommodate that patron by rescheduling to a different performance date or show.
If a performance is cancelled by O’Connell & Company, the patron will be rescheduled to a different performance at a date & time convenient to the patron. Refunds will not be issued. However, exchange fees & price differences (if any) will be waived. If the status of a performance does change, an announcement will be posted on the O’Connell & Company website. It will also be announced on local radio & television consistent with the stations’ policies if it is due to weather conditions.
CAMERAS & CELLPHONES
The use of cameras or video equipment during performances is strictly prohibited due to copyright regulations. Cellphones must be turned off or switched to silent mode. We ask that you refrain from checking messages and/or texting during the performance as a courtesy to other patrons and the performers; the light from the phone’s screen is extremely distracting. We reserve the right to request that violators leave the theatre.

The Business/Reservation Office is closed on weekends and on major Holidays and during the summer break (July-August).
Our Theatre Box Office is located in the Helen Long Building on the Park School Campus. The entrance is on Harlem Road just North of Main St. Parking is available in more than one lot on campus. (Click for Campus Map) This location is available for ticket purchases on show days only, 45 minutes before showtime.
